I asked him to visit his office and his CEO. He refused to bring me to his office . he asked money in advance to deal with him saying his hho generator( quantum generator) cannot be shown in advance of putting money in advance of demonstration. I put money to him half of the requested deposit. Still he refused to show his CEO. I still am not sure whether this guy is real business man or scam maker.Since then he asked many times to pay the balance half. I asked refund the money I put on him. He refused and asked more money . He began to insult me whom he called 'his partner". I am not sure whether this guy is really a PhD or a real business. I tried to check his " assocaited companis". One in Malysia said they do not have any relations with Ray. The other address is turned to be his accountant's office. I could not locate his other REAL Offshore Installation PTY yet. Ray said in his web site that the company is 100 million AUD capital company which seems questinaable. I personally warn anybody to be careful to do business with this comapny. The comapny is more like a Malaysian comapny than an Australian comapny run by one(?) PhD Ray Ting.
