Samantha and Neil Prendergast of Hydrocharger are also responsible for WaterMotive Ltd and Water4GasUK and Tranztec UK, three more UK based HHO scams. Neil and Sam Prendergast were also the founders of “Water Fuel Expert“, an old USA based HHO scam. I wonder if there are any more I have missed?
A most horrendous person
I wrote a blog post a few months back about Hydrocharger being a UK based HHO scam and Sam got all upset, she said she was going to sue me for “defamation of character” because I suggested she was knowingly defrauding people, running a scam and selling a product which she knew did not do what she claimed it did. She said I had “painted [her] as a most horrendous person” in my blog… and I guess I had…
I am not the kind of person who likes to upset other people and I reworded what I had said, after all it was possible that Sam and Neil may be the victims of the scam and unwittingly caught ip in selling an idea that did not work.
However now I see Sam & Neil’s other websites I am sure they not are victims at all! They are knowingly selling a scam, they are con artists and charlatans, they are entirely aware that the product does not work and, I am told, have dissolved one company after the next as the complaints mount up and the refunds are demanded.

Innocent or guilty?
So which do you think it is… innocent entrepreneurs selling a product they don’t realise is nonsense… or… scammers, charlatans and con-artists selling a product they are fully aware does not do what they say it does? I’ll leave you to decide for yourself but I need no further evidence, they are guilty as hell.

5 December 2009, 3:30 amThey are under investigation by Trading Standards as i write this!soon to be investigated by Advertising Standards Authority.I will add that their sales figures stated on their web sites are also BULL SHIT.
They have liquidated Water4gasUKLtd and Watermotive Ltd in a vain attempt to avoid paying creditors they owe monies to.Check the CCJ`s now registered against them.
Smells of scam all the way through no matter how hard you try to convince yourself.The sooner the wider general public get wise to them the better!
They operate by deceit,they prey on the individual knowing that it is only a very small percentage that would or could take legal action to get their money back when they eventualy find out that the stated 30 Day Money Back statement given on all their web sites is in fact no more than another load of BULL SHIT designed to lure people into a false sense of security.
I have also been threatened by them,in that if i made any attempt to contact any of their customers to get any feedback on their experiences regarding the whole issue they would sue me.
